quotes 300 bucks is a joke. This guy bought this shock from the Santa Cruz shock sale 3 years ago for 20 bucks. It even came with the spring for that price, what a greedy bastard. This guy thinks its okay to screw people over and call it 'just business'. Hes going to hell for this.

quotes The bearings are pressed in so there would be no play between the bearing and frame. These pictures are useless to really understand how the self extracting mechanism works. They get pulled out of their press fit by using the 5mm allen key by their ID and you press new ones back in by their OD using the big 22mm cap.

quotes This message is for Slyp. You're absolutely right. The frame is just there to showcase the novel pivot and headtube design.

quotes This message is for rydindirty. It's 8 dollars for all 8 linkage bearings, not just one. You can get 8 6000-2rs bearings for 1 dollar each. Usually its around 50 dollars for linkage bearings plus 100 dollars of labour to get them installed because a shop needs to remove the rear wheel, cranks and they take the whole linkage apart. They need to use a bearing puller and bearing press too. With this frame, you don't have to take anything apart, just use a 5mm allen key and two sockets to replace each linkage bearing individually for a dollar a piece.

quotes Nobody seems to understand what this frame does. It has self extracting bearings at all pivot locations, just like a self extracting crank.arm. You dont have to use any vice or bearing press to replace all the bearings. You don't even have to take the cranks or rear wheel off. You can replace each linkage bearing individually with your whole bike intact, using just a 5mm allen key and 2 sockets.

quotes I don't like any of these names. I want to call it the Morpheus Slacker, named after the type of kid who's usually good at dirtjumping.

quotes anytime someone has to convince us that its a fair price, its probably not a fair price. i think the fact that this isn't selling is indication enough that its not a competitive price. its a really good reliable fork, its just that other people are letting theirs go for half your price, that's why yours isn't selling.
